Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Decker Enterprises LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (entity ID 002007630) with its mailing address at 500 Cummings Center, Suite 6500A PMB 70318, Beverly, MA 01915 ("Decker Enterprises", "we", "us", "our"). They cover your use of the steamcommunity.love website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, to use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site lets you look up a Steam profile and see publicly available Counter-Strike 2 information about that account, drawn from Steam, FACEIT and Leetify through our CS2.SPACE service. It is free and needs no account. We may change, limit or remove any part of the Site at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site to harass, stalk, threaten or dox anyone, or to break any law;
• scrape the Site or look up profiles in bulk or by automated means (the CS2.SPACE API is built for that);
• interfere with the Site, overload it, or bypass any limit or security measure;
• suggest that your product or service is endorsed by us, Valve, FACEIT or Leetify.

4. Accuracy of the data

Data on the Site comes from third parties. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and item prices are estimates. Do not rely on it for financial or trading decisions, or as proof of anything about a player.

5. Third parties and trademarks

Counter-Strike, Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. FACEIT and Leetify are trademarks of their respective owners. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Valve, FACEIT or Leetify. Game images remain the property of their owners. Links to other sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for those sites.

6. Our rights

The Site, including its design, software and branding, belongs to Decker Enterprises and is protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights in it, other than permission to use the Site as they describe.

7. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR ACCURATE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECKER ENTERPRISES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Decker Enterprises against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

10. Ending access

We may block or limit your access to the Site if you breach these terms or if your use creates a security or legal risk.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
